It was Saturday night at a certain club I like. This handsome guy, (Daniel), was flirting with me and I was interested enough in the chemistry I was feeling and how he looked, to check him out in Compatikey. That's my new rule by the way, since I learned that what feels good for me in the moment is often the very opposite of what really works for me. I don't date until I check! I'm getting better at telling the difference in "hot good for me" chemistry and "hot bad for me" chemistry since I started Compatikeying, but I ALWAYS verify it! Anyway, he was trying pretty hard to get my phone number, so I decided to test him and see how badly he wanted it!

I told him I might give it to you but I absolutely have to know your birthday first." He laughed (a very sexy laugh by the way!) and asked me what I was going to do with it. Diane checked the new birth date, we talk for a moment and then I immediately invited into him to a party the next night. I told him if he still wants my number after the party, I'd give it to him then! He wasn't what I was looking for, but Diane and I both agreed he was exactly what our friend Alisa wanted! She'd be at the party tomorrow, so we were hooking her up!

I often hang out at the Starbucks working or surfing the net. Sometimes I tape a CK table card to my laptop lid and it's kind of like fishing cuz I just wait for someone to nibble! They almost always do. Sometimes I even walk right up, hand them one of my Compatikey"What I Am" Cards and a pen, and ask them to write their name and birth date on the back of it.
